Frequently Asked Questions

Q: I'd like to join Caltech ADCC, but I am not sure I know enough about consulting to participate as an active member. What can I do to learn more about consulting?

A: Caltech ADCC offers introductory-level events open to campus every year, as well as information sessions with various consulting firms! We encourage you to check out our ‘Upcoming Events' page and join our mailing list for more information. We also link to a few introduction materials you can look at on our Starting Resources page.

Q: I am an undergraduate student at Caltech interested in a consulting career. Can I join Caltech ADCC?

A: Caltech ADCC is specifically for graduate students and post-docs – as the transition path for people with advanced degrees (Ph.D.'s, MD's, JD's) is substantially different than for folks beginning at entry-level positions. That said, we host annual events open to all of Caltech and invite you to attend and engage with us!

Q: I am a graduate student/post-doc thinking about a career in consulting and have attended a few ADCC events, but would like to become an active member to prepare for the upcoming application cycle. How do I join?
