Caltech ADCC History

Caltech ADCC began as the Consulting Focus Group, an unofficial student group at Caltech designed to connect students interested in pursuing a consulting career. The group continued to grow in membership and in January 2022, the Caltech's Advanced Degree Consulting Club was founded and recognized as the successor to the Consulting Focus Group.

Caltech ADCC Mission

Caltech ADCC is devoted to preparing our club members for a successful transition from academia to the consulting industry. We help our members with applications (resume and cover letter) and interviews (case and fit) through weekly case sessions, organized workshops, and networking events.

Caltech ADCC Affiliates

Caltech ADCC works closely with the Caltech Career Development Center - specifically the Career Advising and Experiential Learning (CAEL), which provides graduate students with advising, information and contacts to help them make career decisions, as well as develop and implement an effective career plan. They also help coordinate various campus-level events, including company visits and invited speakers.

Caltech ADCC also works closely with the ADCCs at other institutions, including:
