Welcome to Caltech's Advanced Degree Consulting Club (ADCC)
We are an organization of graduate and post-doctoral scholars preparing to transition from academia to the consulting industry. We come from various backgrounds and areas of expertise and work together to form an inclusive, post-graduate training network on campus. We also host various events throughout the year for our active members as well as the whole campus to learn about and prepare for a potential career in consulting. Breakouts with Bain
An Event for Advanced Degrees at California Schools

Event description: Join Bain & Company for our "Breakouts with Bain" event. This session will begin with a brief firm overview presentation with live Q&A, then we'll spend most of our time in small group breakout discussions led by current Bain consultants. This event is a great opportunity for you to get your questions answered, to meet and speak with several members of our consultant and recruiting teams, and to learn more about this career path and the opportunities within strategy consulting for advanced degree candidates. We hope you'll join us!
Event eligibility: In an effort to keep the event as intimate as possible for candidates at California schools entering the recruiting process this year, we ask that only those seeking ADvantage program roles in 2026 and/or full-time roles with start dates in 2027 register for this session. Candidates must be enrolled in an advanced degree program, which Bain considers to be: PhDs, JDs, MDs, postdocs, medical residents,and fellows. Other doctorate level candidates are also welcome to join us for this session. Please upload your most recently resume so that we can confirm your eligibility ahead of the event.
